Contact the Chicago Charter Desk

The fastest way to contact private jet charter Chicago advisors here is the phone. We are staffed continuously, including holidays, and the person who answers can price and book a flight rather than take a message.

How to reach us

Phone: (312) 555-0142 — answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year by a charter advisor, not an answering service.

Email: [email protected] — monitored continuously; expect a reply inside the hour on live trip enquiries.

Post: 1 S Wacker Dr, Suite 200, Chicago, IL 60606. This is an office, not a terminal — we meet passengers at the FBO.

What to have ready when you call

You do not need any of this to get a useful conversation, but having it speeds the quote up considerably.

  • Departure and destination cities — airport preference is helpful but we will advise if you are unsure.
  • Date and rough departure time, plus the return if it is a round trip.
  • Passenger count and an honest estimate of luggage, including golf clubs, skis or pets.
  • Anything that constrains the aircraft: wheelchair access, a stretcher, oversized freight, a hard arrival deadline.

If you are researching rather than booking

That is fine, and most of this site is written for you. The charter cost guide answers the pricing question properly, the aircraft guide covers the eleven classes, and the airports hub explains which Chicago field to use. If you would rather ask a human a question with no intention of booking anything, call anyway — we would rather be useful now than chase you later.

Frequently asked questions

Are you really available 24 hours a day?

Yes, including weekends and public holidays. Charter is a business where aircraft go unserviceable overnight and passengers change plans before dawn, so the desk is staffed continuously by advisors who can rebook a flight, not just log a message.

How quickly will I get a quote?

Usually within the hour for domestic trips, and often within twenty minutes. Complex international trips, air ambulance movements and large group charters can take longer because we are collecting handling, permit and crew information before we quote you a number we can stand behind.

Can I visit your office?

You are welcome to, though there is rarely a reason. Our office is downtown, but passengers meet the aircraft at the FBO — Chicago Executive, Midway, DuPage or wherever your trip departs. We will send precise FBO directions with your trip sheet.

Do you handle flights outside the Midwest?

Yes. Chicago and the Midwest are our home market and where our knowledge is deepest, but we arrange domestic and international flights worldwide, including transatlantic and transpacific trips on long range aircraft.
