A quote from this desk is a document you can make a decision on. It names the operator and its Part 135 certificate, the aircraft type and tail number, the crew configuration, and a total that already includes fuel, federal excise tax, segment fees, ramp and handling, catering, crew expenses and — between November and March — a deicing allowance.

Is the quote binding?
The price we quote is the price you pay for the trip as specified, subject to the flight operating as planned. Changes you make afterwards — extra passengers, a later return, a different airport — are repriced, and genuinely variable items such as deicing or international handling are labelled as estimates with their range.
How long is a quote valid?
Typically 24 to 48 hours, because aircraft availability changes hourly. On peak dates such as holiday weekends or major events, availability can move within the hour, and we will tell you plainly when a quote is time-sensitive rather than manufacturing urgency.
Do I have to pay anything to get a quote?
No. Quotes are free, unlimited and carry no obligation. There is no membership, no deposit and no annual fee — you pay only when you book a flight, and only for that flight.
Can you quote a same-day departure?
Yes, and we do it regularly. Call rather than using the form if you need to leave today, because availability on same-day lift changes by the minute and a phone conversation gets you options faster than any web form can.
