Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains what personal information we collect when you ask us to price or arrange a flight, why we collect it, who we share it with and how long we keep it. It applies to this website and to the charter enquiries that come through it.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email address and company.
- Trip details: routes, dates, passenger counts, aircraft preferences and any accessibility, dietary or animal requirements you disclose.
- Passenger information required by operators and, for international flights, by government agencies.
- Standard server and analytics data such as pages viewed and referring source.
How we use it
We use your information to price and arrange your flight, to communicate with you about it, and to meet legal and regulatory requirements. We share what is necessary with the air carrier operating your flight, its handling agents and, on international trips, customs and immigration authorities.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share passenger manifests with anyone other than the parties operating or clearing your flight.
Who we share it with, and why
Arranging a charter flight requires disclosing some of your information to third parties. We share the minimum necessary, and only with parties involved in your trip: the air carrier operating the flight, the fixed base operators handling your departure and arrival, catering suppliers where you have ordered food, and ground transport providers you have asked us to book.
For international flights, passenger names, dates of birth, passport numbers and nationality must be transmitted to customs and immigration authorities in advance of departure. This is a legal requirement of the destination and origin countries, not a commercial choice, and a flight cannot operate without it.
We also use standard business service providers — email hosting, accounting software, a customer relationship management system and website analytics — that process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share passenger manifests for marketing purposes.
Cookies and website analytics
This website uses a small number of cookies to keep the site working and to understand which pages people find useful. We do not run advertising trackers or sell audience data. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to any content here, because nothing on this site is gated.
Retention, choices and contact
We retain trip records for as long as required for tax, insurance and regulatory purposes, and contact details until you ask us to remove them. To access, correct or delete your information, email [email protected] or call (312) 555-0142.
You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing does not affect messages about a flight you have booked, which are operational rather than promotional and continue for as long as you have a trip on our books.
Depending on where you live, you may have statutory rights to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. We honour those requests regardless of where you live, because operating two standards is more trouble than it is worth. Our terms of use explain the separate question of how the information published on this site should be relied on.
