Our role

Lets Go Private Jet is a charter broker, not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft. All flights we arrange are operated by properly licensed FAA Part 135 or Part 121 air carriers that hold operational control of the flight.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to operate a flight. Your contract for carriage is with the operating air carrier, and their conditions of carriage apply to the flight itself.

Pricing and specifications on this site

All prices published here are indicative market ranges intended to help you budget. They are not quotes and do not constitute an offer. A binding price is issued only in a written quote for a specific trip.

Aircraft specifications are typical published figures and vary by serial number, interior configuration and operator. Confirm any specification that matters to your trip — cabin dimensions, baggage volume, connectivity, lavatory type — at quote stage.

Content, links and liability

We link to third-party sites such as regulators, airport authorities and manufacturers for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

We take care to keep this site accurate and update it regularly, but aviation information changes. Runways are extended, FBOs change hands, curfews are introduced, aircraft leave the charter market and rates move with fuel prices. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for decisions made solely on the basis of information published here rather than on a written quote.

The text, tables, structure and photography on this site are our copyright. You are welcome to quote a paragraph with attribution and a link. You may not republish pages wholesale, and you may not scrape the site to train a competing content product.

Bookings, cancellations and disputes

Your booking is governed by the charter agreement issued for that trip, which sets out payment terms, the cancellation scale, force majeure provisions and what happens if an aircraft becomes unavailable. Where anything in that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the charter agreement governs.

Cancellation terms are set by the operating carrier and differ between operators, which is why we state them on the quote rather than publishing a single policy here. Weather and mechanical cancellations are handled differently from customer cancellations, and the safety page explains who makes the decision to fly.
